The British Columbia Economic Development Association (BCEDA) is presenting its 2022 Annual BC Economic Summit in a virtual format April 4th and 5th, 2022 with additional sessions every Tuesday in April.  This is an opportunity to highlight success stories, lessons learned, share cutting-edge ideas, and engage your colleagues at the premier event for economic development practitioners in British Columbia.

The annual BC Economic Summit attracts over 300 local, regional, Indigenous, national and international experts in the field of economic development and elected officials from various parts of our province.

2022 BC Economic Summit: Reconciliation and Resiliency – A Future for BC
Now is the time to come together and have important discussions on truth and reconciliation. How can we deliver on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action regarding business and economic development? It is our collective responsibility to have relationships that are based on respect, recognition and dialogue. That will be the first step towards resiliency and a future for BC.

The program will include numerous virtual keynote presentations, breakout sessions, online networking opportunities, panel discussions and discussion forums on reconciliation and economic development resiliency, utilizing a comprehensive interactive virtual event platform to enhance your Summit experience.
