Pre-Election Training for those interested in running for election in their community
Two-part training: January 26 & 27, 5:00-8:00 PM
Are you considering running for a position of elected leadership in your community? If so, join FNPSS for this two-part series for those interested in becoming chief or councillor. This training will support you in:
- Learning more about the roles and responsibilities of elected leaders
- Developing a better understanding of your personal leadership approach
The training is being offered at no cost to participants, in exchange for your feedback on the content and delivery.

Post-Election Training for newly-elected leaders
Four-part training: February 2, 9, 16, & 23, 1:00-4:30 PM
Have you recently been elected as chief or councillor in your community? Do you have questions about your roles and responsibilities, finances, priority-setting, policy development, working with the administrator, and more? If so, join FNPSS for this four-part series for newly-elected leaders.
This training will support you preparing to lead, leading with others, leading nation rebuilding, and leading governing institutions.
The program is being offered at no cost to participants, in exchange for your feedback on the content and delivery.
