Project Management Fundamentals Online Course

Invest in yourself and become a confident and successful project manager in 7 weeks. Seasoned or emerging managers in local government who lead or oversee projects in areas such as corporate administration, public works, parks and recreation, planning or finance will benefit from this training and will learn to deliver projects with confidence.

In this highly interactive mix of live webinars and self-paced learning activities, participants will learn to develop their leadership capacity and expertise in initiating, planning, managing, and closing project work to deliver successful projects. The Project Management Fundamentals Online Course content is based on the current Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) which is viewed as the fundamental resource for effective project management, worldwide.

Date and Time: Friday, October 7, 2022 – Friday, November 18, 2022 – 10:00 AM PDT
Location: 6 modules including live Zoom webinars complimented by self-paced work spread over 7 weeks
