The First Nations Public Service Secretariat (FNPSS) is pleased to invite you to a 90-minute online webinar on salary surveys and how they can be used to help build community-specific salary structures. Speakers include Teresa Mullen (Tsleil-Waututh Nation), Cathy Murphy (Fort Nelson First Nation), and Wendy Ham (AFOA BC).

This webinar is part of FNPSS Webinar Wednesdays, which feature speakers on topics of current interest and relevance to BC First Nations administrators and leaders. These sessions are based on First Nation to First Nation learning and are a key element of the FNPSS Mentorship Network.

ARMA Vancouver provides four Bursary awards each valued up to $500 CAD every year. Two are designated to ARMA members and two are designated for members or employees of First Nations (whether or not they are an ARMA member).

ARMA Vancouver bursaries are intended to provide financial support towards records management education costs such as tuition, certification exams (ICRM & IGP), books, travel expenses, and other education-related costs. The application period runs from September 13 to 27 for 2022.

The ARMA Kelowna Conference is being held from Oct 5-7, 2022, and would be an ideal opportunity for any bursary recipients – plus you can check-out workshop sessions at the conference being led by FNPSS!
