Cici Sterritt Bio:
Cici Sterritt, traditional name Nox Sa’tsen of Wilps Niisto, is a member of the Gitxsan Nation from the Upper Skeena River Region near Hazelton BC. She joined Sa̱nala Planning in September 2024 after working in the finance industry for the last 5 years. In May 2013, Cici received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Northern British Columbia, formalizing 15 years of senior management experience. Since then, her skills have primarily focused on band management and working closely with Chief and Council to establish stable financial positions and create effective teams to administer successful programs through planning, benefiting their respective Indigenous communities. Cici has also been a Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) mentor for BC since 2017.
