Zandra Ross is a community and organizational development magician and a health, wellness, and fitness nut. She is dedicated to helping groups and individuals achieve their goals through honest communication, skill building, team building, healthy lifestyle development, and lifestyle/executive coaching. She has 25 years + of experience helping individuals and groups work more effectively together. As a Registered Professional Trainer with the Canadian Professional Trainers Association, Zandra Ross is able to provide more than 30 different development workshops and six personality assessments. This includes communication, conflict management, goal setting, governance (with a special focus on First Nations governance and leadership), DISC/Motivators, emotional intelligence, strategic planning, community engagement and facilitation
