Please join us for this highly requested 2.5 hour ‘Courageous Conversations’ workshop. This workshop will provide participants with tools to have safe, open discussions with colleagues, friends or family on topics that can be really difficult. Using relevant, real-workplace scenarios, participants will experiment with and practice having courageous conversations.
-
- How do you create a trusting, safe space to have difficult conversations?
- How do you navigate big emotions?
- How do you asses a difficult situation and decide if it warrants a discussion?
- What obstacles and challenges may come up and how do you address them?
Back by popular demand, the Courageous Conversations workshop was designed specifically for First Nations administrations and was first hosted at the 2019 FNPSS annual conference.
“This was the single best workshop I have taken in a long time, and I learned tips and tools that I will be able to use immediately!” – 2019 Participant
