Working as a band administrator (band manager, chief executive officer) in a First Nation is one of the most challenging roles imaginable.
FNPSS recognizes the importance of supporting those working as administrators by providing learning, training and networking opportunities, as well as one-on-one coaching support by First Nation mentors and hosting regular coaching circles to connect as a group.
