Are you a new, seasoned, or aspiring administrator or elected leader hoping to take your leadership skills to the next level? If so, this training is designed for you! Register by October 15, 2021! Seating is limited as it is a small group.
The leadership series – Part 1 features six 2.5-hour interactive online training sessions developed by a First Nations advisory group and Laara Yaghujaanas, an Indigenous governance specialist. The sessions in the first part – “Leading Self” – of this three-part series build on one another and focus on the following topics:

- Team Development
- Conflict Management
- Systems Thinking
- Organizational Development
- Strategic Planning
