Description:
This Management Training Academy on Human Resources Management will be delivered once a week over a 3 week period.
Day 1 will cover HR foundational topics including Strategic HR Planning and Succession Planning that provides formal processes for building capacity to meet current and future human resource needs.
Day 2 will focus on the legal aspects of HR, including the day-to-day legal obligations as an employer, as well as recent changes to legislation due to COVID-19, followed by a talk on promoting health and wellness among staff during the pandemic.
Day 3 will cover the importance of establishing and maintaining effective workplace relationships and managing performance effectively.
