Free Webinar: Plan Your First Nations Financial Future

Plan Beyond the 7th Generation

Join us for a free 60-minute webinar and learn about the First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB), and the free services we provide to support First Nations governments. During this session, we will be joined by a First Nations leader and hear their story of success working with the FMB and how they enhanced their Nation’s Financial Management Systems.

Discover how this webinar can help your Nation thrive, regardless of whether it has a Financial Administration Law (FAL) or not. Attendees will also:

  • Discover free tools and capacity development services that First Nation governments can use to plan their financial future.
  • Learn how to build or enhance strong finance and administrative governance practices.
  • Find out how to access affordable long-term capital with FMB Certifications.
  • Ensuring your Nation is getting the support desired from FMB’s Capacity Development Team.
  • Gain awareness on optional pathways for accessing FP Certification and NFR 10-Year Grant.

Who should attend?

  • Leadership, Chief and Council
  • Senior Staff Executives and Managers within First Nations

Attendees are invited to ask questions throughout the event through the chat. Staff will keep track of the questions and make sure all are answered at the Q&A session.

If you have any questions regarding the event or registration, please message Events Coordinator, Isabella Bacon.

“Hear from First Nations leaders as they share their success stories of implementing strong economic and social development plans.”
