As Associate Director of Member Services, Donna provides leadership support for the Member Services department to increase awareness of the First Nations Finance Authority in Canada and to assist First Nation governments with accessing capital markets and investment products through membership with the FNFA.
A member of the Coldwater Indian Band and Nlaka’pamux Nation, Donna has centered her career around supporting the social and economic development of Indigenous people.
Donna lives in Squamish, B.C, the traditional territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw, with her husband and two children where they spend their free time exploring the mountains and coastlines that surround them.
Sybil Campbell
Member Services Manager, Central BC & Mainland
As a Member Services Manager, Sybil manages current and potential members of the FNFA to achieve Capital Projects. As a part of the Member Services Team her role is to communicate with members building long term relationships.
Sybil is a member of Musqueam Indian Band, a Coast Salish community located in Vancouver. She has experience working with the BC AFN Vice Chief office, Musqueam Lands Management Department and Chief and Councils.
Sybil lives in Westbank, BC, the traditional territory of the Okanagan (syilx) Nation, with her partner and son. Our passion is traveling throughout BC finding great lakes to fish in the summer.
